Solita cena spettacolare presso Montecura! Tutto ovviamente fatto in casa, primi super! Ma i secondi sono qualcosa di assurdo, pecora gigante bergamasca da sogno! Non l'avevo mai assaggiata, sapore forte di pecora speciale. Arrosto al pistacchio veramente assurdo, tutto buonissimo, e un plauso al figlio esperto in enologia che ci ha consigliato un vino rosso serbo molto diverso dai soliti vini. La prossima volta ci ha promesso di farci assaggiare un bianco serbo con la carne, ci contiamo! Ah tutto senza glutine e senza lattosio, la mia compagna é allergica ad entrambi gli alimenti, Montecura é un punto di riferimento per la bergamasca per i celiaci. Nessuno nella bergamasca come loro! Pasta senza glutine fatta in casa! A prestissimo!
