Fantastic lunch!!! Welcoming and kind staff, high quality food and refined cuisine!! And finally excellent value for money! Highly recommended!!!!

Starting from Ascoli Piceno towards the Laga mountains there is one of the most beautiful villages in the Abruzzo/Marchigiano Apennine area. Castel Trosino and in its territory a structure located in a context of beauty and naturalistic peace that leaves you breathless 🔝 and this is where we find Le Sorgenti. Interesting and well-maintained structure maintaining the original characteristics. The location is certainly inviting, the managers are very careful to accommodate you in one of the many rooms of the restaurant but something is missing to be 100% Waiting times a little long, the The raw materials of the various excellent appetizers however lose their value in the plating and service. First courses certainly 🔝 and tasty. The quality/price ratio is good. We will certainly repeat in the future but I recommend valorising the goodness of the products served a little more 👌🏽

Today I went by chance to try this place and I must say that the location is already very beautiful with well-kept gardens. Upon entering, a display of objects from the past, fireplaces, wooden stairs to climb to the other stairs, all beautiful and well-kept, all made of stone The food was EXCELLENT in quality and presentation. Friendly staff who need to hone their professionalism Overall, top WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Posto molto tranquillo ci siamo trovati bene ; la cucina offre specialità ascolane molto buona la pizza! Abbiamo soggiornato x sei giorni ed è stato veramente rilassante, grazie per la vostra ospitalità 🤩

Moving. We had dinner at the end of August. During a trip a few kilometers from Ascoli we began looking for a restaurant where we could have dinner. We drew from the Tripadvisor ranking. The first three were either closed for holidays or said they were full. There were three of us. However, a very kind owner showed us this farm and we immediately took advantage of it. Terrible quality/price ratio. Very honest. The inevitable Ascoli olives plus a house starter, a first course with lamb ragout, two generous mixed grills with mutton and arristicini, including a glass of wine, water, 2 coffees + bitters 76 euros. But the quality of the food and the care taken with the dishes is truly remarkable. Unfortunately it was late in the evening and we couldn't enjoy the view since we dined outdoors. I'll be back
