Il posto sempre magnifico e rilasante. Il miglior branzino alla piastra che io abbia mai mangiato. Favoloso! E come sempre personale molto gentile.

Genuine and fantastic Gino, wonderful place surrounded by pink flamingos, and furthermore a few meters away there are the archaeological excavations, highly recommended...

It is one of my favorite places, I can only praise it immensely. The staff is courteous, welcoming and approachable. The food is simple, but always tasty and satisfying (light and delicious frying). The location is that of a characteristic farmhouse with an informal and timeless flavour. Furthermore, this farmhouse is immersed in the heart of one of the most unique habitats we have in Italy (and also in the world). I always feel lucky when I cross the magical salt marshes of Lio Piccolo... EVEN THOUGH at the Saline over the years the size of the portions has reduced slightly and the prices have inevitably increased. "The fish starter" has less "fish" than one would expect for a 14.00 euro dish and although it is a typical local delicacy, I found it excessive to pay 8.00 euros for a small bowl of "castraure" in oil. Perhaps we need to reimburse the expenses incurred for the expansion of the new auditorium? :) However, I couldn't give less than 5 stars... let's hope they fix it because it's always nice to go back.

A place where you feel at home, no matter if you are far away. Dishes cooked to perfection. Typical dishes served excellently. Courteous, efficient and friendly service. The wine list could be slightly extended👍

Very characteristic environment lost in the Venetian lagoon. Good service, quality food and price.....

Direi mediocre nel complesso: tagliere di salumi veramente mediocre! Buona la giardiniera che lo accompagna e i carciofini sott'olio. Frittura abbastanza buona, dolci mediocri. Coperto+pane quattro euro è esagerato vista la piccola tovaglietta di carta. Veramente belli i panorami che si vedono per arrivare.
