22/09/2025: In the Spriana area, parking is easy. Having a house in Lanzada, I've tried almost all the restaurants in Malenchana, and now this one. Very down-to-earth, as other very friendly owners have said. They assume you know the area, as they don't provide menus but serve classic local dishes, with a few variations. Appreciation for the fact that they ask if you want bottled or tap water, as in the mountains it's a crime not to drink. The platter is excellent, with a super taroz and a variation on the sciatt, theirs are called pansciatt, with breadcrumbs inside as well. I tried the pizzoccheri, excellent and plentiful, and the ribs with polenta cooked in lavec, excellent. The bill was a surprise, of course, but the total (I don't know the prices of the individual dishes) is in line with the valley. Discount if you pay in cash—oh well, we're really old-fashioned. Recommended.
