A great place for children! Very nice staff!! Good communication possible. The beach is very beautiful and there is a lot to do.

Very welcoming and characteristic place. Rich in "nature" and good things, first and foremost the genuineness and kindness of the staff. Special rooms, with their character, equipped with what you need, good breakfast with products made directly by the owner.

We spent 5 beautiful days at your farmhouse, excellent location, nice room overlooking the splendid land they own!!! The exceptional staff, in the morning we were welcomed by V. In the afternoon there was M. both cute, helpful and friendly... we chatted daily with E., he was always in the company of a splendid Akita Inu specimen named Iro... the 2 of them are splendid.... where there was one there was the other ❤ we returned today and we are already nostalgic 😔 Cristina & Paride

Second time guests of the Biricoccole, even though the ownership has changed a few years ago, we still had a good time. We would have liked to stay 2 or 3 days more, but unfortunately there was no availability. Excellent location, parking inside the structure, swimming pool surrounded by greenery, good breakfast and friendly, nice and super helpful staff. Special mention for the girls M and V and for Mr. E who are really very very nice. Thanks and see you next time! Marco and Sonia.

Excellent for those of us who travel with our dog! Excellent hospitality, location and services

The accommodation was clean and comfortable, a little too small for four people and a dog, but otherwise the location was perfect, the garden area was great, even with a goat 🐐 donkey 🫏 and chickens 🐓 great if you have dogs with you, a good pool with enough loungers and tables, umbrellas, very friendly staff, no matter Whether the head gardener or at the reception, everyone was very nice and helpful, we really liked it 🫶🏻 Thank you 🙏

Relaxed place for a few nights near the beach.

When I arrived, we found out that someone had blown out the room right under our noses. However, the owner willingly advised similar accommodation in the vicinity with a recommendation. Thanks
