All very good, the only flaw in my opinion is that frying with the batter absorbs too much oil and becomes too heavy.

I was really impressed by this farmhouse………………... The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. But the strong point of the place is undoubtedly the cuisine. In this place you will have the opportunity to taste typical traditional products with 0 km ingredients. Last night I tasted some fish dishes that are not very usual for a farmhouse...... and it was an explosion of flavours. A sweet Nutella parfait was the finishing touch of a delicious dinner. I highly recommend this place to all lovers of good food!" I will definitely return to taste the cacciucco, prepared by Simona, cook and owner (formerly from Livorno... very nice) and last but not least her land dishes. Congratulations.

We had a divine lunch at this farmhouse in Altopascio which is the capital of Tuscan bread, having come especially from Genoa to enjoy their caciucco alla livornese which was exceptional, and the best spaghetti allo scoglio I have ever eaten and the mojito tiramisu was fantastic. Came specially from Genoa. We will gladly return

Very nice place and atmosphere!
Very friendly and helpful staff.
Good and plentiful Tuscan starter (we divided it into 2 and being a vegetarian they asked us if we wanted to add a couple of slices of pecorino). Fried vegetables without infamy and without praise.
The two excellent first courses: tordelli and ravioli with ricotta and spinach.
More than honest bill: €65 including 1 dessert, 2 waters, 1 bitter and 1 quart of wine.

Accompanied by a good prosecco.
