Did not stay here but was able to come for dinner and everything was DELICIOUS!! The portions are huge so come hungry. I don’t eat pork and after giving them notice earlier in the day they accommodated so well! I got my own charcuterie spread and beef steak instead of suckling pig. Definitely recommend, especially if you have a certain dietary restriction (just make sure to WhatsApp them ahead of time)

non è il “solito” agriturismo, locale semplice ma accogliente. Una novità nel panorama degli agriturismi tradizionali. Siamo stati di sabato sera, l’atmosfera rilassante e ricercata per la musica soffusa e internazionale che accompagna con discrezione la cena. La qualità del cibo soddisfacente ma non particolarmente ricercata la materia prima o a chilometro zero ma cucinata molto bene. Le aspettative lette le recensioni precedenti sono state parzialmente disattese per la mancanza di varietà delle proposte e per il prezzo. Antipasto di salumi e formaggi banale, ottime le verdure che lo accompagnavano. Dei due assaggi di primo ottimi gli gnocchetti, inutili i ravioli di ricotta. Il maialino cotto alla perfezione ma con troppo sale sulla cotenna. Mi aspettavo gli arrosti vino che non sono arrivati . Il vero aspetto negativo è stata la lentezza del servizio. Troppo tempo tra una portata e l’altra . Contrariamente a quanto letto in line abbiamo speso 59€ a persona

The La Valletta farmhouse is a magnificent family-run business 10 minutes from Santa Teresa di Gallura. The small restaurant offers freshly prepared dishes, the fixed menu allows you to taste all the typical specialties of the Gallura area. The guys are nice, attentive, available without being intrusive. The house wine is excellent, but you will have the opportunity to taste excellent wines from the menu. The highlight of the menu is the porceddu. There is also the possibility of having a vegetarian menu. Definitely worth a stop if you pass through these areas.

An enchanting place surrounded by nature and cared for with love. The farmhouse cuisine is exquisite, with very fresh local products cooked with passion. The traditional, delicious dishes are accompanied by delicious and tasty dishes prepared with great creativity by the chef. The famous "porcheddu" is truly exquisite.

We only came for their fantastic dinner menu of local porchetto with Myrtho. Every course was delicious and the pork from the wood oven was super crunchy and delicious. The location is a hidden gem in the countryside surrounded by mountains and nature.

My fiancé and I ate really well. A fixed menu with traditional dishes. Very kind staff, a very family atmosphere. Everything top!

Un solo problema : quando si arriva al porceddu la fame è passata ... però è talmente buono che lo si gusta lo stesso ....eccome. Tutto più che buono dall' antipasto al dolce .Posto bello e caratteristico servizio cordiale . Ma si può rinunciare a qualcosa prima e mangiare più maialino ?
