Posto veramente bello e facile da trovare, molto ben indicato per strada. All’arrivo molto accoglientemente servono un aperitivo (bicchiere di prosecco e crostini), e poi via con antipasti, primi e secondo in quantità giuste e di qualità ottima. Prezzo in linea con la qualità della cena.

I went to this farmhouse for dinner and I fell in love with it.
I ate from appetizer to dessert, savoring and enjoying every dish.
Any type of ingredient was produced by the farm itself, providing 0 km products.
All really good, I particularly recommend the Gallura soup and the porceddu, crunchy on the outside and very soft on the inside.

I went to this farmhouse yesterday with my partner and I want to write a review because I found the place a small oasis of serenity and the food delicious.
Fair price for quality raw materials and excellent service.
Happy to have discovered it.

The restaurant was nice, we had a nice reception with wine and bruschetta, the service was ok. A lady didn't speak English well and didn't explain it much, but the food tasted very good.
I would have liked the cutlery and napkins to be changed every now and then.
We asked for it but it was forgotten. And the water comes in plastic bottles, which you could pour into carafes, then it would look nicer

I had dinner a few days ago, an excellent traditional Sardinian dinner which ended with one of the best suckling pigs I have tasted. The 45 Eur fixed menu includes an aperitif, house wine, dessert and myrtle. Welcoming and qualified staff, an excellent experience.

I have to say that having spent a wonderful day on the boat this was the icing on the cake. Very kind and knowledgeable staff, truly excellent dishes, from starters to desserts. The suckling pig was incredible, you are also welcomed with an aperitif with bubbles and crostini made by them, everything really excellent and a magnificent location. If you are near Santa Teresa you absolutely must come to dinner here because it is so worth it. Thanks again for the wonderful evening guys, keep it up!!!

Finding this farmhouse surrounded by greenery and the wildest nature of Gallura by chance was an exciting experience;
The place, created with the hands and creativity of the owners, exudes warmth, love and a sense of respect for nature.
The welcome I had outside the restaurant was brilliant, in my opinion, because it allowed the people present to sip excellent fresh wine accompanied by delicious bruschetta and interact with the other customers.
I found the atmosphere inside to be very warm, informal and relaxed. The quality of the dishes is very high in the simple and tasty dishes of the fixed menu and the wine and the final myrtle are equally good 💘
An ideal place not only to eat well, but also to unplug!

We chose the valley due to the excellent reviews we had read, initially there was no room but the owner was kind enough to still reserve us a table for two for our last evening in Sardinia.
As soon as we arrived he welcomed us with a welcome aperitif, bruschetta and prosecco, delicious!! We immediately felt at home, on the other hand the location is no different, a simple and familiar environment.
All the guys/girls are super kind, professional and nice
The fixed menu is made up of home-made and/or home-grown food, generous portions, the first and second courses (especially the suckling pig) are delicious
You will feel bursting but you will be happy with the excellent food you ate.
Just many, many compliments for all of them, you can sense the love and commitment they put into this farm.

We had dinner one evening, choosing it randomly among the many options in the area: a very good choice! Typical Sardinian hinterland context, rustic place (as it should be) but very well looked after, with warm and friendly staff. We were greeted with a welcome aperitif of bruschetta and prosecco. But the surprise was the dinner itself: complete menu the same for everyone, with abundant courses, well served and well prepared, to taste the true flavor of the Sardinian land. The final touch is the roast suckling pig, delicious. Super recommended!!
