Abbiamo cenato in questo posto un po' per caso. Menù fisso sui 50€ a persona, le porzioni delle varie portate sono state abbondanti, ma non esagerate. Tutto molto buono ed un'ottima occasione per assaggiare piatti tipici e ingredienti scelti accuratamente. Personale molto gentile e accoglienza ottima.

We found this place on the tourism website and tried it out without making a reservation. Conclusion: Simply brilliantly built into nature with excellent trilingual service (English, Italian, German). The food was served as a Sardinian menu and was simply delicious. So you should definitely stop by. Vegetarians are also catered for. We arrived shortly before 7 p.m. Advance reservation is recommended. Thanks for the wonderful time.

Rustic atmosphere with excellent antipasti and main dishes using farm-raised produce and meats. We enjoyed a tasty dinner of unique antipasti, first and second piatti, including wood-roasted suckling pig. Dessert of cheesecake with red wine reduction and mirto reduction. Dinner included food, dessert, wine and mirto liqueur all for 50 EU, We were so full! Aside from the food, the family was hospitable, warm, and dedicated to their farm and pleasing their guests. We didn’t stay at the farm so cannot comment on the accommodations. However, we cannot recommend the restaurant enough!

We had dinner here (not staying) but what a joy! I’ve found the real meaning of friendly: as if we were invited at friends to have a meal with easy conversations; highly recommended!

A charming family-owned restaurant, where food is cooked with love and served with passion and elegance. We were delighted by the flavors, ambiance, and variety of dishes. In such an atmosphere, food simply tastes better, and we recommend everyone to experience this culinary adventure—it’s truly worth it, highly recommended!

Excellent experience. We had dinner at Valletta, an informal setting where you feel at home, excellent food, good service, I would say everything was perfect. We returned and I can say that it is a confirmation. We will return every time we stay in Santa Teresa di Gallura.

Excellent food quality and service as well, not to mention the availability and kindness of those who manage the business with love, passion and competence.
