The truffles were fantastic, and the selection of their homemade liqueurs was incredibly delicious. I highly recommend them!

We were at the restaurant on August 15th. The basic idea is there, but some first courses have 50 ingredients and taste like nothing, and you can't tell what you're eating! With raw materials like this, just a few ingredients are enough to create magic for your customers. The meat and the pan-fried scamorza cheese were delicious.
