Excellent farmhouse 15 minutes from the Orvieto motorway exit, excellent food (try their tortelli), clean and spacious rooms.

We were passing through and stopped for lunch. We ate excellent homemade tagliatelle and vegetables and fruit from the garden. I think we will return to visit the area.

I stayed at this property during the Silent Villages Walk, about 2 km from the official route (it's reached via the main road, which isn't particularly beautiful due to its traffic). The food is excellent; the dishes are generous and really, really well-prepared. The problem is the accommodation: it's a bit old, and the room wasn't very clean (just a minor detail: there were hairs on the toilet bowl and a smear of tires). We paid €90 total for the room alone (there were 2 of us), but breakfast wasn't included. The pool is lovely, and included in the price.

We didn't use the rooms, but went for dinner at the recommendation of friends. The space is spacious, the staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and there's a large barbecue grill, and grilled meat is definitely the main course. They also offer pizza and various pasta dishes. Recommended.
