From the moment you step in, you know quality is king: dry-aged cuts on display, a stunning cheese counter with the best local producers, and a super knowledgeable host ready to guide you. Kick things off with a mix of charcuterie and cheeses, then dive into the Prealpi Orobiche scottona tartare with capers, anchovies, and quail egg: pure magic! For mains, the choices are next level: Poule de Bresse, Cacciatora, beef fillet, Iberian pork, or go wild with the dry-aged selection: Goldstein, Avilena, Rubia Gallega, Sashi Prussian, you get the idea, only the best! Yes, prices are on the higher side, but for the quality, it's more than justified.
