Once again, a wonderful experience, we were happy to be guests of this agriturismo again. The service was good, the food, featuring freshwater fish, was excellent, and the setting was also great. Lunch outside was lovely, with the Aniene River lapping against the restaurant's balcony. The only downside is the access road.

This is where I discovered sturgeon. A freshwater fish I'd always known about but never tasted. Excellently prepared by the kitchen and served on a veranda overlooking the Aniene River.

I'm going to Vallepietra for the summer, and this time I'm happy to eat at Parata. My wife and I have been going there for several years. Excellent food, fantastic location, and unbeatable staff. See you next time!!

A pleasant place near the Aniene River, with a wonderful, relaxing location and well-maintained restaurant and a picture-perfect balcony overlooking the river. The menu features interesting river fish and dishes expertly executed by the chef. Service is a bit slow, but the tranquil setting makes up for it. Desserts, in my opinion, aren't up to par with the rest, and above all, the bill is decidedly too high.

L'insegna stradale e la stradina per raggiungerlo tradiscono la vera realtà di questo locale. Molto bello, comodo e dal raffinato menù. Piatti molto gustosi e bene presentati, gentilezza ed attenzione completano l'ambiente. Terrazza sul fiume molto bella ed interessante. Nulla da eccepire

12/10/2025: The fish appetizers were not bad, well-made, although some of the combinations were a bit overdone and overpowered the fish flavor. I had a "risotto," which couldn't be called such because it was made with cream. In my opinion, the quality/price ratio needs to be reconsidered.
