Once again, a wonderful experience, we were happy to be guests of this agriturismo again.
The service was good, the food, featuring freshwater fish, was excellent, and the setting was also lovely.
The only downside is the access road.

This is where I discovered sturgeon. A freshwater fish I'd always known about but never tasted. Excellently prepared by the kitchen and served on a veranda overlooking the Aniene River.

I'm going to Vallepietra for the summer, and this time I'm happy to eat at Parata. My wife and I have been going there for several years. Excellent food, fantastic location, and unbeatable staff. See you next time!!

A pleasant place near the Aniene River, with a wonderful, relaxing location and well-maintained restaurant and a picture-perfect balcony overlooking the river. The menu features interesting river fish and dishes expertly executed by the chef. Service is a bit slow, but the tranquil setting makes up for it. Desserts, in my opinion, aren't up to par with the rest, and above all, the bill is decidedly too high.

The restaurant is in a beautiful spot, surrounded by water. The building is charming, historic, and well maintained. From the moment you arrive, you can sense that the place is thoughtfully managed.
The food is excellent. I ordered pasta and also tried my husband’s pizza—both met or even exceeded my expectations.
I was happy to see that the restaurant is mostly run by a young team, who appear professional and dedicated. Even the details stand out, such as the custom-branded water bottles and the elegant, well-designed menu.
This kind of place truly gives me a sense of hope. I very much look forward to coming back!
