Agriturismo La Parata In Subiaco

Very very nice place, very nice inside. View of the river, 4 people spent around 120 eating two half portions of first course and two half portions of second course and side dishes + a glass of wine. Very friendly and well-mannered staff, little noise. Excellent food that rediscovers sturgeon and trout. Good tender and juicy meat. I will be back to try the pizza. Everything must be combined with a visit to the monastery of San Benedetto.

"To Nonno Mario and Nonna Rosina because it is to them that we owe everything" is how La Parata presents itself, a welcoming location made of wood and stone, with a beautiful fireplace and a suggestive view of the river. The gastronomic offer is a fascinating contamination of modernity in tradition, attention to detail and love for the customer. Local, fresh, genuine products, offered with wisdom. From salmon trout tartare with pomegranate and pistachios, to pumpkin and sturgeon cream gnocchi, to sturgeon ingot with porcini mushrooms and much more.... all delicious! Delightful place, very suggestive, on the banks of a stream, all the dishes are well prepared and very tasty, the ingredients are of excellent quality, the portions are generous, the service is quick and the staff are very kind and welcoming. Excellent quality/price ratio! I didn't photograph the dishes because I was too busy tasting them! 🤩

EXCEPTIONAL! "They know how to cook!!" this is what I thought when I ate the ancient flavors pasta, and the side dish with vegetables. I will return to this place. It deserves 5 stars

After a trip away from home... we discovered this restaurant by chance with my boyfriend. Lovely location, very friendly staff, all excellent food from the starter, first course, second course, dessert and even the wine!! I highly recommend it for anyone who wants to eat well and spend the right amount!!

Nice restaurant on the Aniene river. Ate well and spent the right amount. But I have to make a small note on the quantity of wine served in the glass (not much for the entire meal).

"Agriturismo di fiume" proprio sull'Aniene, quando è ancora un torrentello limpido, sulla strada dei monasteri sublacensi. Nella bella stagione, atmosfera di fascino sulla terrazzina che si affaccia sul fiume, servizio giovane e celere, cucina ancora imperniata sui prodotti dell'azienda, trote&storioni. Scrivo ancora, perché c'eravamo già stati quindici anni fa e anche allora si coglievano le potenzialità di questa azienda, peraltro non pienamente espresse a mio parere nemmeno oggi. L'ho ritrovata di cucina più raffinata, di buona cantina (Luca è anche sommelier), ma quando cucini il tuo pesce che hai lì nelle vasche accanto al ristoro, mi aspetterei magari un'offerta anche più varia ma, soprattutto, un costo più contenuto, data la produzione propria. Invece non è proprio così. Bevuto il buon Bellone Capolemole bianco 2023 di Marco Carpineti (€20). Per chi ancora non la conosce, la Parata merita comunque una visita per la posizione e l'atmosfera.

Agriturismo situato in posizione ottimale , parcheggio comodo , location suggestiva sulle sponde del fiume Aniene, piatti tipici , prodotti di qualità , ottima cucina !!! Posto consigliato a tutti , complimenti continuate così .
