Very nice place, suggestive terrace on the river, I didn't like the fixed menu. We were there today, Easter Monday, we tried both the meat menu and the fish menu of their production, trout and sturgeon, and honestly we were not very impressed, even if the quantity was not bad. The menus are composed of appetizer, first course, second course and tiramisu at 55€/60€ per person for both meat and lake fish. In my opinion it seemed a bit too much especially if you eat "trout"

Restaurant surrounded by nature with the sound of the river in the background... We ate very well, the specialties are obviously the dishes with river fish, which however I didn't eat because I don't prefer it... On the other hand I ate a tagliatella with a really delicious ragù! Really good local products as well as the land starter! Friendly and helpful staff! Highly recommended!

Truly a beautiful place, the Parata is a welcoming and very quiet place. You have the opportunity to taste their creations by the river, the Aniene flows right next to this farmhouse in a quiet and relaxing way. The fried sturgeon with chicory and anchovy mayonnaise is excellent. We have tasted practically all of the first courses and they are very interesting. For a trip out of town in Subiaco it is the perfect place to eat and spend a few hours in peace thanks also to the staff who are not at all intrusive, prepared and very kind. I recommend it.

The restaurant has refined the management of welcoming its customers and I must confess that I was pleasantly impressed, the presentation of the dishes on the menu has been embellished (television docet) and the quality of the food is truly excellent, the external part with the tables manageable in good weather and when the weather permits, made pleasant by the river view, it is always rightly requested and full, the interior has a discreet welcoming layout, the furnishings have been renewed. Three of us had lunch there, me, my wife and a friend who wanted to go there to eat pasta with river prawns again, we ordered two portions then asked for three dishes of local trout with fried potatoes, all washed down with a bottle of white Pecorino and water, all very good and well presented, final price just under 100 euros. By now restaurant prices have definitely increased, partly understandably, then there has been an adjustment to one's earnings expectations and on some occasions these have turned out to be exaggerated, not in this case, unfortunately in many other cases yes. There will be a chance to return with other friends who, I am sure, will appreciate it.
We returned with other friends certain that we would find them satisfied with the experience, there were six of us and a dog, the dog was much appreciated by the little guests at the nearby table who played with it and showered it with caresses, as usual we ate well and spent as much as expected, the place was packed, the confusion, the deafening shouting, we couldn't exchange a word with each other, we would have had to shout, increasing the already excessive confusion, we tried to eat quickly to anticipate our exit, the quality of food it was less compared to the confusion suffered by everyone, the comment of our four friends was: impossible to go back if it's always like this, here: perhaps we should enhance the conviviality for which an evening at the restaurant is chosen, quality food is not enough but in The sustainability of the convivial evening must also be considered, my advice is fewer tables, the rest certainly depends on the guests.

Siamo capitati per caso ed è stata veramente una scoperta.
Menù con pesce con trote e storione eccezionale, servito attento ed impeccabile nonostante il pienone, piatti egregiamente realizzati, conto più che onesto per la qualità servita. Bravi bravi bravi
