A week ago, I had the privilege of attending a wedding at La Noce di Creta that could only be described as magical. Among the secrets to the event's fabulous success were the constant availability, kindness, involvement, and passion of Mauro and his family and team, the authentic cuisine (the starters were memorable), the convenience of staying on-site, and the beautifully landscaped spaces of the entire estate, which provided a delightful backdrop from the welcome and dinner to the dancing and final round of toasts. Not to be underestimated was the added indulgence of breakfast the next morning—at that point, the temptation was to move on!
