We ate at this restaurant at Easter with relatives. Lunch, a fixed menu, wasn't bad, all the dishes were good and very much enjoyed. As starters, a mix of cured meats and some cheeses, certainly good and of good quality. However, our expectations were not fully met. From an organic farm with beautiful livestock, we expected homemade cheeses, vegetables, organic greens and legumes, but the starter, although good, was very simple and we would have found it in any other restaurant and the side dish was only baked potatoes. With the dessert we had the same feeling, a homemade cake was served, when on Easter day we could have expected a taste of typical desserts, a colomba, a pastiera or something else. Overall, a definitely positive experience and a pleasant lunch, not enough to be unforgettable.

We had lunch here on Easter Sunday. Everything is really good, especially the cured meats and meats have a genuine flavor that is difficult to find. The baked potatoes taste like a fireplace... delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful. The place immersed in nature at peace with creation. We will be back.

Beautiful place. Excellent food All of their production. We got 2 appetizers. The culatello is spectacular. First, Maltagliati with scottona ragù, lasagne with provola, courgettes, sausage and cherry tomatoes, gnocchi with pumpkin cream and bacon, meatballs with cheese, pepper and bacon and to finish, walnut and coffee semifreddo and currant tart. All from 10. What can I say, it's also worth it for the wonderful place nestled in the Sabina hills. We will definitely be back
