A stop at the Ferriera is a must at least once a year. This year we stopped for dinner after the spa for my daughter's birthday and... they organized a special, unexpected, and very warm dessert moment. We'll be happy to return. P.S.: the pizza and fried foods are unbeatable ❤️ Thanks guys!

Excellent two-layer pizza! Be careful! It's very thin, so don't expect a Neapolitan pizza, but it's delicious. Excellent fried food! Family-run, friendly, and professional. Highly recommended.

Pizza served on two generously sized plates, with good dough and quality ingredients (it was my first time trying nettle pizza, and I have to say it didn't disappoint). The fried foods were also very good, especially the various types of supplì. Friendly staff, good value.

Ristorante Valle Del Marta

29/11/2025: A charming place with a lovely spa where very competent staff pampers you. I recommend the massages and the spa, it's wonderful.
13/10/2025: Wrapping up our 1 month vacation in Italy, one of the best memories is our time spent at Valle del Marta. Our Host (and owner) Mario was such a wonderful person who made our time there entertaining and he was extremely helpful (driving us in and out of Tarquinia for dinner each night. The staff could not have been more friendly - thank you Alessandra and Rita. After a long trip in I would highly recommend a massage in the spa from Rita - excellent. The pool and grounds were extremely beautiful and we even got a taste of the first grappa made this year by Franco (Mario’s brother). Not to mention their world class production of award winning brandy. No matter where we go in Italy on our next trip - we will certainly stay and visit with our friends at Valle del Marta !!

11/01/2026: There's no table service; they're constantly calling tables to pick up and order. The pizza dough is good, but the toppings could use a bit more, and the cooking could also be improved. The tiramisu, however, is very good.
