Good morning, I went to eat, a very nice and clean place, it's a shame that the menu is limited in choice, 2 good starters, only one good first course on the menu, and the second course is either tomini or capollo which is not as good as grilled ham. It is not possible to keep the white wine in the fridge on ice because it does not have a special container. Damn, the name trattoria.... but you can do better.

Ambiente rustico ed accogliente. Personale gentile e simpatico. Servizio preciso con tempi medi. Ottima la cucina dall'antipasto ai dolci. Struttura posizionata sulla statale ideale per chi è di passaggio ma non per la sosta, piccolo parcheggio. Bravi a tutto il personale. Ci ritornerò e lo consiglio con prenotazione. In allegato la nostra esperienza.

Today I had lunch in a very welcoming environment. Fireplace lit and Christmas decorations that create a particularly charming atmosphere. Rich menu with very tasty dishes. Excellent appetizers. Then try the Ravioles della Val Varaita (typical dish) and the Guanciale... exceptional... it melts in your mouth!!! The bunet made by the lady is fabulous. Price appropriate to the dishes! Excellent parking possibility in front of the structure. Returned two days ago with friends. I confirm the previous opinion again. Today I also tried the ravioli... very very good. As a second course the lady made me try the " tenerone "; this meat, in addition to being very tasty, also melts in your mouth.... to try. In conclusion the usual fabulous bunet made by the lady.

Oggi pranzo in un ambiente molto accogliente. Caminetto acceso e addobbi natalizi che creano una atmosfera particolarmente affascinante. Menù ricco con pietanze molto gustose. Ottimi antipasti . Da provare poi Le Ravioles della Val Varaita (piatto tipico) ed il Guanciale...eccezzionale...si sciogli in bocca !!! Il bunet fatto dalla signora è favoloso. Prezzo adeguato ai piatti ! Ottima possibilità di parcheggio di fronte alla struttura. Tornato due giorni fa con amici. Confermo nuovamente giudizio precedente. Oggi provato anche i ravioli....molto molto buoni. Come secondo la signora mi ha fatto provare il " tenerone " ; anche questa carne oltre ad essere molto gustosa si scioglie in bocca....da provare . We had dinner on Saturday, December 28th. We were welcomed by a warm, familiar and very well-kept environment both in terms of cleanliness and Christmas atmosphere. Delicious and quality food. Attentive and friendly service. Excellent polenta concia. The owner is a kind, helpful and good lady. The price was absolutely adequate.
