30/01/2025: So then, I frequented this gym years ago where I then left due to the skyrocketing prices; today I signed up again as management changed and I took advantage of an offer that made it accessible.
Having said that, I really appreciated the time slot that goes from 6 to 00, this allows us to meet a lot of customers and there are very few gyms like this in the surrounding area; Furthermore, I would also add a very positive note which was to implement a new weight room with new, truly excellent machinery.
I add an observation on the weight room, the weights guys... thrown to the ground, placed wherever they happen... implement the staff to control and fix this phenomenon because sometimes it takes time to load weights by being placed wherever it happens. .
For the rest it seems that this sport city is slowly retreating, finally realizing that it has great potential, I hope to see more and more improvements especially on the weight room which has always been neglected, but please, always be competitive with prices, Sport City should be accessible to everyone!
18/10/2024: Large sports center in the Biomedical Campus area where you have the opportunity to do sports, fitness and swimming in a quiet and pleasant environment. Sports fields in excellent condition, weight room equipped with every machine and well stocked, the only point is that it should be cleaned up a bit, starting from cleaning the ceiling and above all it should be equipped with air conditioning, since the summer is truly impracticable. Even the changing rooms should be refreshed, the showers are still in a single room like the old generation gyms, when in all modern gyms, they are minimally separated. Bar, nice swimming pool, nice program of lessons, kind staff, especially Elisa at the reception, I really appreciated the attention with which she served me and it made the difference. I hope that they invest a little in an improvement and that they don't overdo it with registrations because lately we can't even find parking. With a little more attention, the separate redone showers, the cleanliness of the rooms, the air conditioning, the level could increase and be a true center of sporting excellence on a par with other clubs in Rome.
