03/05/2025: We ended up in Seriate on the occasion of a bicycle race and, with two families in tow, we decided to stop and eat in this restaurant. The room is very welcoming and quite large. Even though it was full, we were served immediately - it has never happened that less than 10 minutes passed from ordering to service! The staff was very kind and friendly, always with a smile. We ate a bit of everything: appetizers, first courses, meat for the adults and pizzas for the children. Everything truly delicious. In particular, the homemade porchetta was the best! The meat, very tender and well cooked, was presented with care and is all of local and controlled origin - they even brought us the tag with the production chain We concluded the dinner with a nice chat with the owner, a lady of great human and professional value. He told us how difficult it is today to keep up with all these changes, but there is a reason why they have still been here for so many years: high quality raw materials, passion and craftsmanship. One of the most pleasant dinners of recent times. At the next race, we will definitely be back!
