We went for lunch today with friends, we ate really well, the staff were very welcoming and kind. Recommendations for starters with livers, but also tagliatelle with bison and mushrooms. The divine flaky potatoes accompany delicious hamburgers. Absolutely worth trying

We went here for a dinner with friends, we were impressed by the great hospitality and the exceptional quality of the food! Fantastic first courses and really good food. A special mention for Walter and the treatment he gave us.

I went to the restaurant to celebrate my partner's birthday, the place is very welcoming and well cared for both inside and outside, the service was fast and professional, they have an excellent cellar with many local and national labels as well as a great choice of champagne. The dishes are well presented and made with excellent raw materials, we tasted the trio of tartare, the porcini pie, the mountain pasture rib and the Angus steak, the wine was an excellent choice. Price appropriate for the products.

I would like to point out that the review refers only to the restaurant I tried for dinner with friends. The location is very interesting, in the heart of the Umbrian countryside. Certainly during the day, and in summer, the effect is even more striking. We had dinner with a fixed menu but from what I could see it is typical cuisine of the area, simple but tasty and with the use of quality products. The cut was truly superb. The tagliatelle are also excellent with a good white ragù, plentiful, and a very rich mixed starter. Bring the right dishes, and that's fine, if anything a refresher is better. I agree. Will try again when I'm back in the area. Maybe during the day
