We had a great time, quality food, very kind and attentive staff. Mrs. Barbara is very kind and professional. It's difficult to recommend a single dish because everything was so good. Highly recommended

I had wonderful vacation with family in Il Tiro. The place is amazing, placed in peaceful umbrian countryside, but still very close to Perugia. Rooms are in traditional style and very clean. Another thing is restaurant which is outstanding! Delicious dishes typical for Umbria like capellaci with truffles is a must. Also meats are very tasty, especially carpaccio and Fiorentina which is so tender you can eat it with a spoon. :) Wine list is also very impressive. I loved that place, staff and the owners. Highly recommended!

We had dinner on a Saturday with two children. Excellent food quality. Crostini with liver pâté as they were once made, truly excellent. The children were happy with the trofie and the meatballs with sauce. We cut and baked Tomahawk, large in quantity and quality of meat and at a reasonable price. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the desserts as we were full but there will be a way. Great location

Nel cuore della campagna, lontano dal caos cittadino, si trova l’Agriturismo “Il Tiro”, un angolo di tranquillità che offre una cucina rustica ma raffinata, con un’attenzione particolare alla selezione delle carni. L’atmosfera accogliente è perfetta per una pausa dalla routine quotidiana, immersi nel verde e nel silenzio della natura. Il punto di forza di questo agriturismo è senza dubbio la qualità delle materie prime, in particolare delle carni. Le diverse proposte del menù sono preparate con tagli di carne scelti con cura, provenienti da allevamenti locali e non. Tuttavia, c’è un aspetto da considerare: i prezzi. Pur essendo giustificati dalla qualità delle materie prime, le portate, specialmente quelle a base di carne, risultano leggermente più alte rispetto alla media degli altri agriturismi della zona. Sebbene la differenza di prezzo sia comprensibile se si pensa alla provenienza e alla qualità dei prodotti, potrebbe rappresentare una considerazione importante per chi cerca un’esperienza più economica. Il servizio è attento e cordiale, con personale sempre disponibile a consigliare abbinamenti tra piatti e vini locali. Il locale è semplice ma ben curato, con un arredamento rustico che si sposa perfettamente con l’ambiente circostante.
