22/10/2024: Tried it for the first time for dinner, with the family, December 2018. Returned several times, with extreme frequency, the last time for dinner, September 2024. Substantial confirmation of excellent quality constant over time. Menu with a clear and coherent common thread: seafood cuisine strongly rooted in a land without sea. So fish, shellfish and seafood combined with flavors and ingredients from the land, Umbria in particular: truffles, cheeses, mushrooms, beer, vegetables. With unusual but never gratuitous combinations. The appetizers are excellent, in particular the raw fish, which can be combined as desired, the first courses are very good, rigatoni, prawns and truffles are a special mention, second courses according to the availability of fresh fish on the market. Big fry. The desserts are excellent and sometimes curious. The wine list is up to par. Nice place in the heart of the historic center and the nightlife of Terni, correct and accurate service, with meticulous narration of the dishes, decidedly reasonable bill when compared to the meal. To try and try again, to my taste. Reservations required, always full.
20/10/2024: Without a doubt, my favorite restaurant in the city. I have eaten there several times now and in each of them I have been more than satisfied (so much so that I always recommend it to anyone)!
The service is commendable: the customer is pampered with features, included in the cover price, that are difficult to find elsewhere. But in any case, in general, the quality-price ratio is truly exceptional: excellent raw materials, cooked to perfection, at more than affordable costs.
The menu, constantly changing, conveys the passion that exists in the kitchen and in the dining room.
The place is essential and elegant.
I can't find a flaw.... Never change!!!
