31/07/2025: During my visit to Pizzeria Rosa dei Venti, I chose the Mortazza Pizza and was thrilled. The combination of mortadella, stracciatella, and pistachios was perfect: delicate yet bold flavors, enhanced by a soft, well-leavened, and fragrant dough. Impeccable service, with friendly and attentive staff. The atmosphere was pleasant and refined. A truly excellent experience. Rating: 10/10 – I'll definitely be back!

31/07/2025: I went to Pizzeria Rosa dei Venti and tried the "Pizza Olympics" pizza: Simply fantastic! The dough was light and well-cooked, with fresh ingredients and perfectly balanced flavors. The service was excellent: the staff were friendly, fast, and attentive. The atmosphere was welcoming and with attention to detail. A truly pleasant experience in every way. Rating: 10/10 - Highly recommended!
