A farmhouse nestled in the countryside just a few kilometers from the lake, offering excellent cuisine using local ingredients. They have set menus with a selection of appetizers that aren't the usual ones, but rather include tastings of their own products, from olive oil to vegetables from the garden. Excellent, recommended.

Excellent from every point of view!

We came to this place to celebrate an anniversary. We found it thanks to a recommendation, and since it’s often fully booked, we made a reservation. It’s located in the countryside of the Brescia province, in Raffa di Puegnago. The road leading to the restaurant is quite rural and surrounded by nature, with olive and fruit trees along the way. To get there, some driving experience is helpful, but it’s definitely doable. As soon as we arrived, we were struck by how deeply immersed the place is in nature—a perfect blend of passion and hard work. The large windows offer a wide view of the surrounding landscape, and together with the colors and design of the restaurant, we immediately felt a warm, traditional, family-like atmosphere. Once inside, we were welcomed by the hostess, who showed us to our table and served appetizers and wine. The dining room is medium-sized but well-organized and very comfortable. The rustic, vintage décor, with collectible items, personal touches, and large windows, creates a cozy and bright environment. The meal consisted of a tasting menu with a series of dishes designed and prepared to showcase different flavors. In total, we were served 12 courses, all featuring different recipes and mostly local ingredients. For my lovely girlfriend, the best dish was the baked polenta flan with champignon mushrooms. Perfectly cooked, well-balanced, and the pairing with the mushrooms was spot-on. For me, the highlight was the rabbit served with rice in a cream and dill sauce. The meat was tender and flavorful—absolutely delicious. All dishes were served by the owner herself, who was also the only waitress in the entire dining room. Despite working alone and serving other tables, she personally brought each dish and explained every detail of the menu. She’s a hardworking woman from Brescia who has earned several certifications recognizing her professionalism and skills. Compliments also to the kitchen staff and the unseen assistants who make such excellent service possible. Chapeau!
