A must try and return seasonally. NB: reservation required (products are picked daily). The dishes, super abundant, are prepared mainly with the company's products, we lucky ones happened to be in mushroom season, and we will return to taste the other specialties! Furthermore, at the end of dinner we did the shopping for the week with freshly picked fruit and vegetables and the magnificent and super unique preserves (with flowers, pears and chocolate, chestnuts in pieces... magnificent!). You can also buy fresh products in Genoa, a stone's throw from De Ferrari on Wednesdays. Chef Domenica, founder of the company, and her two children are fantastic!
