Everything was delicious, but especially the courtesy of all the staff. I was there for my nephews' confirmation dinner on Saturday. Good life to everyone.

An excellent experience at this magnificent restaurant-agriturismo, located in the beautiful countryside between Palestrina and Gallicano. The owner is extremely kind and empathetic! The refined atmosphere welcomes hundreds of guests on weekends, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable. The menu offers a wide range of meat-based dishes, using excellent, locally sourced ingredients. The house antipasto was delicious, with battered, fried vegetables, excellent fresh cheeses, and cured meats. The tagliolini with porcini mushrooms were excellent. Dishes were well-prepared by the kitchen staff, with generous portions! For our second course, we chose the breaded lamb cutlets: incredibly tender, excellent in flavor, and not greasy! The sautéed vegetables were excellent! To conclude this excellent lunch, we tried the Delizia al Limone... One of the best I've ever eaten! Coffee and a magnificent Ratafia (with donuts and biscuits offered on the house). We'll be back soon! WE CAN ONLY GIVE THE CASALI DI SAN PASTORE TOP RATINGS!! Kudos also to the well-kept gardens, where you can spend carefree moments with the children in the playground. There's a magnificent little church on the estate... A true marvel that immerses your soul in an atmosphere of times gone by.

A very beautiful venue, truly authentic farmhouses converted into restaurant, meeting, and conference rooms, with vast green spaces and a church. Excellent service, highly qualified staff, and excellent food.

We stayed at Agriturismo i Casali di San Pastore for our daughter's confirmation, and we couldn't have chosen a better place! We ate exquisitely, truly exceptional. The food was incredibly fresh, prepared with care and passion that shined through in every dish: we've rarely eaten so well in our lives. Everything was perfect, from the appetizer to the cake. Special praise goes to Mr. Cristiano, the owner: a wonderful person, sweet, helpful, and exceptionally polite. I've never met a restaurateur so attentive and respectful, not only towards his customers but also towards his own waiters. It was wonderful to watch how he always addressed the staff with love, in a kind and affectionate tone, even when he needed to correct something. An example of humanity and professionalism. Cristiano pays attention to every detail: the ladies are served first, then the older guests, and finally the other guests—a care that speaks volumes about his personality and the heart he puts into his work. An unforgettable gastronomic and human experience. Sincere compliments to Mr. Cristiano and all his wonderful staff: an example of passion, respect, and genuine hospitality.
