Lorenzo is the best of the best! He is very helpful. The food is superb (both in taste and amount)! We really enjoyed the atmosphere! The pool area is also very relaxing with stunning views! The rooms were very clean and equipped with AC and a mini fridge! See you next time Lorenzo!

Since some of my friends knew it, we opted for a different Sunday. Located at the foot of Etna, just 16 km from the coast, this Sicilian farmhouse produces olive oil, cheese and citrus fruits, and offers rooms and bungalows with air conditioning . Agriturismo Ghiritina offers an outdoor swimming pool, a sun terrace and a bar, while bicycle rental can be requested at reception. We didn't stay (so I wouldn't be able to post a review for the rooms) but we used the pool for a few hours and then got ready for lunch. All in all, a clean and very quiet pool for lunch, mixed starters of cheeses and cured meats, in my opinion perhaps in small quantities (as I had specified excessive quantities), mixed vegetables in oil, mozzarella in carrozza and omelette. For starters we made a variety of homemade pasta, with sauce, pistachio pesto and vegetables. Short break before the second course and we start with a normal mixed grill and then we asked for mutton, I also spent a few more stars on that, overall very good and excellent, you can never get enough, the owner Lorenzo and his employees are very friendly. At the end of lunch he delighted us with watermelon, ice cream dessert and fried sweets with Nutella and then we returned to the pool to wait for the sunset to finally try again for his friendliness and kindness
