My wife and me traveled to the relics of St. Nicholas in Bari. We drove for a very long time and were very hungry. Desperate to find at least something suitable, we accidentally found this tavern on the map. It was already around 3-4 pm. We arrived at the tavern, there was an event that was ending. Nicholas, the owner of the farm, met us. Somehow we explained that we wanted to eat from the road. Nicholas welcomed us cordially and, despite the late hour, stayed with us and served himself on the table. We haven't eaten such delicious food for a long time. What cheeses, olives, sausages, pies, pastas and other local delicacies! Everything was very, very tasty. Then we talked to Nicholas about everything that we could understand, joked and laughed. Thank you Nicholas for such a warm welcome! We remember you and we hope you also remember the cheerful energetic couple from Russia. If the life gives us a chance to come back to you we do that.
