Room was great! Staff very friendly. Only two things that are good to know before your stay: breakfast is served from 8:30, the road to the hotel is small and bumpy.

The strategic position, between the greenery of the gardens and the proximity to the sea, made my stay unforgettable. I particularly appreciated the transfer service, which eliminated the stress of transfers, and the free and fast Wi-Fi connection, perfect for business travellers. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, thanks to the daily housekeeping service. Breakfast in the room was an experience to remember, a fantastic way to start the day in a relaxing way. The lemon garden, the internal room and the kitchen are welcoming and private environments. Don Salvatore's cuisine is a true celebration of local taste. The fresh and genuine dishes, prepared with seasonal and local ingredients, are an explosion of authentic flavours. We spent a wonderful day with friends at Don Salvatore, a restaurant that positively surprised us in many respects. From the beginning, the appetizers won us over: dishes rich in zero kilometer products, carefully prepared and prepared with quality ingredients from their territory. The menu is large and varied, perfect to satisfy all tastes. Those looking for delicious first courses found really interesting options, while meat lovers were able to enjoy excellent quality cuts. Another pleasant discovery was the selection of cured meats and cheeses: some products were truly sought after, a true paradise for those who know how to appreciate these delicacies. The wine list is another strong point of the restaurant, with a very rich and refined proposal, capable of satisfying both those looking for a simple wine and the most demanding palates. I admit that in the past I had heard some negative comments about this restaurant, but I must say that eating at Don Salvadore is not an experience for everyone. You need to be able to understand and appreciate the great work behind the research of raw materials and the care of the final product and even the obsessively curated location. And precisely because it is one of a kind, it is not for everyone. A perfect choice for those looking for quality and a high-level gastronomic experience.

Posto angusto per arrivarci ma location stupenda, personale gentile ed attento. Gli antipasti divini, carne eccezionale ma sui primi non ci siamo, abbiamo preso gnocchi con astice e melanzane ma alla fine erano gnocchi all'astice le melanzane, o meglio le bucce, erano secche ed insapori praticamente appoggiate sul piatto a guarnizione non per implementare il sapore, la polpa non vi era pertanto, a mio parere abbinamento infelice dello chef per quel piatto. Personale son rimasto deluso poiché visti gli antipasti le aspettative erano altissime, buoni ma non buonissimi i tagliolini con ragù bianco di coniglio. Ottima la carta dei vini e dei dolci. Che peccato per i primi. Ristorante consigliatissimo per una bella serata d'estate. Spero di ritornarci presto ed assaggiare qualche primo che sia all'altezza di tutto il resto. Forza chef sforzati un po di più.
