I am gluten and lactose intolerant and in 2 weeks of full board I have never eaten the same thing despite respecting my intolerances Pierluigi knows how to cook. Intolerances are still too often little considered and many times we have to be content with eating just a second meal because the kitchen is not flexible. As I said, in two weeks Pierluigi didn't miss a course, always changing it and even bringing me dessert.
