Agriturismo Da Valore Ristorante In Austis

Siamo stati a pranzo in questo agriturismo e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Un posto autentico, ideale per chi vuole gustare la vera cucina sarda in un’atmosfera tranquilla e accogliente. Ci ritorneremo!

We had lunch here as a couple and we were more than satisfied. From the quality of the raw material, the quantity, the kindness and the price. Everything was excellent. Congratulations and we hope to return soon!

Due giorni nel territorio di Austis con amici; cena nell’ agriturismo “da Valore, dove Pierpaolo, il nuovo gestore, ci ha accolto con un’ottima cena (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) a base di eccellenze sapientemente preparate.. Dal ricco antipasto al dolce, ogni portata ha esaltato la qualità dei prodotti del Barigadu: ricotta fresca, pancetta croccante, cipolle caramellate, fegatini di pecora, ravioli, gnocchetti ricotta e zafferano , maialetto e finocchi arrosto, seada e un digestivo finale👏👏👏👏👏

We came across this farmhouse after the Easter holidays, and outside lunch hours. There were no customers and we had no reservation, but the manager still welcomed us very well, lighting the fireplace and offering us a limited menu (starters, first courses and desserts) but still very rich, well looked after and very good. Even though he is not directly a producer, he explained to us the origins of the producers he collaborates with. He also told us that just 9 months ago he took over the management of this company again (after a "gap" of a few years). This may explain the slew of negative reviews from a few years ago, probably relating to the old management. Recommended.

I returned again to the Agriturismo da Valore in April 2025 with my family and some friends for Easter Monday lunch, we had a great time, we were welcomed in a familiar and serene environment. The lunch was magnificent, all the dishes they served us from appetizer to dessert were delicious and abundant. The service was impeccable, all the staff who served at the tables were kind, helpful, professional and attentive to every need of the customers. Then it is located in a beautiful location, surrounded by green and lush vegetation. If you find yourself passing through Austis I recommend everyone to stop at the Agtiturismo da Valore, you will not regret it. My family and I will definitely return.
