Three adjectives to define Cantina del Tripio: authentic, truthful, genuine. It was a wonderful discovery and the perfect experience to end an intense day full of beautiful things. The environment is simple and rustic, you can feel the warmth of home. We were welcomed by Nicola, the owner, who together with his wife who is in the kitchen, manages the cellar. Oil and wine are produced in-house and that Montepulciano is five stars! But he's not the only one. We had the cheese and egg balls and what can we say? Nothing! Too good! Then a little guitar with porcini mushrooms which at the first forkful made me taste the homemade pasta, delicious, and the tripe with a side of potatoes, both very good. A pleasant chat with Nicola and our day ended on a high note. Thank you. When we return to Guardiagrele we will definitely return! Oscar had a great time too!

It is one of those places where the food and the cook literally represent a "Unesco Heritage". Homemade cuisine, wine and oil of own production, welcoming environment, really good homemade dessert... We will definitely be back

Excellent homemade food. Very good house wine. At more than acceptable prices.
The cellarman Nicola is friendly, friendly and ready to joke.
If there were a place like this in every town the world would be better 🙂

serata molto piacevole , aria fresca e pulita molto gentile sia il titolare che renato il cameriere . abbondante e buono l antipasto misto freddo e caldo, molto buono lo spezzatino di vitello e i salumi . ottimi gli anelli con ricotta e verdura prodotto artigianale e particolare , la consistenza della pasta fa da protagonista .ci sono piaciuti meno i ravioli alla crema di zucchine (raviolo troppo spesso e crema troppo dolce) ottimo l agnello alla griglia le patate e l insalata di cetrioli e pomodori . buono il bocconotto. un antipasto tre primi un secondo due contorni un dolce . mezzo litro di vino 90 euro . prezzo ottimo . da consigliare .b

Servizio eccellente, ci siamo sentiti veramente coccolati dal proprietario e dal collaboratore in sala.
