Each of them makes sure that every single customer is satisfied, that the dish is appreciated, that there is never a shortage of bread, drinks or various condiments. They may seem like nonsense, but they make a difference. You are literally "pampered". The carpaccios are the best I have ever eaten, without any kind of exaggeration. Although I have also tried some elsewhere, they are nowhere near the quality of Cora d'Zia. As for meat, they are the masters! Able to recommend the best type based on your tastes, even before serving it ad hoc. So tender that it melts in your mouth, try it to believe it. Going to Cora d'Zia is now a guarantee, the sure hit of every evening. I highly recommend it!
