The place is truly enchanting, surrounded by greenery and with a stunning view of the city. The restaurant is beautiful, with friendly and courteous service. The dishes are good quality, the meat, the desserts. The fried gnocchi and erbazzone are excellent, light and not greasy. A completely positive experience.

We stayed here overnight on our way through. What a fantastic place! The rooms are beautiful and the staff are super friendly. We had a delicious meal in the restaurant that evening; the locals love coming here too. Definitely recommended!

Agriturismo Cavazzone ..it is an ancient Court among the hills of Reggio Emilia we are about 15 minutes from Reggio Emilia at an altitude of 450 meters, here we enter a rural complex completely immersed in 300 hectares of woods together with cultivated fields ..in an ideal place where you can stay in complete relaxation, rediscovering the taste of simple things. Here we find ourselves inside a group of farmhouses that have been transformed into a refuge ..where you can enjoy a panoramic view of the nature that surrounds us. Always here inside ancient stables ..with barrel vaults all supported by columns ..we find its restaurant a beautiful and original place where we finally rediscover the authentic flavors of Reggio cuisine. Here the dishes combine their typical products of the territory together with organic ingredients, which will be accompanied by a balsamic vinegar produced here on site. And if you want to eat outside here we find a wonderful terrace ..with a spectacular view of the surrounding plain.

We spent four nights there during our Italian vacation and had a wonderful stay. The staff and service were outstanding and made our stay very pleasant. The restaurant is also highly recommended. The location is ideal for day trips to places like Modena and Parma, as well as for long hikes in the beautiful countryside. The only downside is that the rooms are a bit noisy, but that's due to the age of the beautiful and well-maintained farm. We would be happy to return.
