We enjoyed a generous platter of excellent cured meats, cheeses, and jams, along with gnocco fritto and piadina. The fried bread was a real treat to start. Attentive service and friendly staff. I recommend it.

Great food, excellent staff, few tables proportionate to the kitchen capacity. Tried for lunch but in the evening it must be a fantastic place with the lights positioned under the oaks and walnut trees. Easy to get to. We will be back soon

30/09/2025: You have to eat while looking at the clock, which is a shame because you eat well, but you don't have to take turns eating!
29/09/2025: A very elegant restaurant with a unique, vintage style. The menu offers a wide selection. All the entrees we tried were delicious. The lasagna and meatballs in tomato sauce are highly recommended.

L'Ingrediente Segreto - Piadineria dal 1972

03/11/2025: Excellent piadina, very kind staff, and a simple but clean and tidy location.
31/10/2025: I went to eat at Ingrediente Segreto on Sunday, primarily because the window display and the line of people attracted me... Upon entering, I found politeness, speed and professionalism despite the large number of people in line. I ate a piadina with mortadella, fiordilatte, arugula, truffle and tomato while my partner ate squacquerone sausage and spinach... they were delicious, well filled and cooked to perfection! (We would have eaten many more)!!! 😋😋😋... they were delicious! I also spoke personally with the owner Giuseppe, who seemed like a really nice person, as well as super professional! Another very positive note is the cleanliness of the place and the tables! (which is not a given nowadays)! Thank you so much for the experience, I will be back soon!
