Beautiful place found by chance, family environment full of passion, culture and love for good food, a place where you are welcomed into a beautiful farm by Mr. Fedele, for a general presentation of the farm, witness the processing and tasting of the legendary braid, in room the service was impeccable with delicious appetizers with a sublime flavor accompanied by excellent first courses, all the products are zero km and you can feel the authenticity. Beautiful day, worth returning with friends, you can also buy their products.

Very friendly staff and owners. The food is of excellent quality and served with the right serving times. The place was very welcoming, we had the opportunity to witness a truly impressive dairy demonstration. Definitely a place where we will return with great pleasure and which I recommend.

The atmosphere was welcoming and fantastic with relaxing music, perfect for a special lunch. The service was impeccable, with the staff who were kind, attentive and always available to our requests. The menu was creative and the portions were generous. The presentation of the dishes was an authentic work of art. In particular I tasted the caciocavalllo and other typical products an amazing dining experience. The ingredients were fresh and high quality and the flavor was simply delicious. Pensavo che il nome Caseria facesse riferimento alla produzione del mitico caciocavallo Castelfranchese. Invece è il nome (NB Con accento sulla e...Casèria) dei fratelli che gestiscono e curano questo splendido posto. Location immersa nel verde, cibo ottimo, soprattutto i formaggi di produzione propria assolutamente da provare tutti!!....ed infine cordialità e gentilezza. Le due ore di viaggio da Napoli valgono "il prezzo del biglietto". A presto vederci
