After a very pleasant Sunday lunch with the family, I confirm with even more enthusiasm that the Cascina Barbassa restaurant is an obligatory stop for lovers of good Piedmontese cuisine. The rustic and welcoming environment proved to be even warmer and perfect for a convivial Sunday lunch. The real protagonist, as always, is the cuisine, which skilfully enhances the authentic flavors of the territory. We particularly appreciated the abundance of the portions and the attentiveness of the staff, who passed between the tables several times asking if we still wanted to taste their delights. A gesture of attention that denotes great care for the guest. The ingredients are very fresh, and you can clearly perceive their origin from the farm, guaranteeing excellent quality. The appetizers with the particular ostrich cured meats were an excellent opening, followed by first courses with homemade pasta reminiscent of the flavors of the past. The meat-based second courses were a true triumph of taste, and the wide choice of excellent local wines perfectly accompanied each course. The young and friendly staff contributed to making the atmosphere even more pleasant and relaxed, demonstrating professionalism and availability. The quality-price ratio is absolutely excellent, considering the abundance and authenticity of the dishes offered. Abbiamo appena pranzato in questo posto. Che dire. Eccezionale. Dagli antipasti al dolce. Eravamo in 5 e la signora ci ha subito fatto sentire a nostro agio. Ogni piatto il bis. Tutto veramente eccellente. Alla fine dopo il dolce ci hanno pure offerto un secondo dolce con frutta e gelato. Abbiamo anche preso le uova (12 uova allevate a terra all'aperto 5,50), Ottimo qualità prezzo sia del menù che delle uova. Menù a 33 euro a persona e devo dire li vale tutto. Accanto c'erano anche riserve di animali. Cavalli,pony,galline,struzzi....un parco gioco subito dopo ma soprattutto devo complimentarmi per l'idea di dedicare uno spazio interno alla sala con qualche gioco x intrattenere i più piccoli. i miei complimenti.sono molto critico quando recensisco ma qui non c'è nulla da dire. Personale gentile e disponibile. Ritorneremo!!!!

I didn't know about this agriturismo. We had a great time (there were five of us). Beautiful atmosphere, warm hospitality, and very good food. I'll be back and highly recommend it.
