The ragù is OUTSTANDING, the sausage is amazing. The tagliatelle were a bit behind but the fresh pasta was really good. The only flaw I can find is that I would have liked more sage in the ravioli! Oh and what a great idea to pair gin and tonic with the tagliatelle, it was perfect.

Farmhouse with magnificent views of the hills. Really great food. We took the crescentine (abundant) with very good cold cuts, tagliatelle with nettles with ragù and excellent quality mixed grill. I'm writing separately about the tortelloni in cocoa paste with porcini mushrooms because they were so good that I couldn't stop eating them. And then the very kind and attentive staff despite the holiday and the many customers. They were also fast and in addition they certainly had fair prices. Absolutely recommended!

Peccato che si perdono le prenotazioni. Prenotato il 23/3 per Pasqua Il 5 aprile ,ritelefonato per aggiungere un coperto,il proprietario, ci ha comunicato ,che la nostra prenotazione non era stata registrata..

26/06/2025: After dropping off our bags at the hotel, we looked for a typical Bolognese restaurant nearby and came across L’Arcimboldo, which did not disappoint us at all. The food was extremely fresh and tasty, while the service was impeccable. We ordered a little more than we needed, but the girls took care to remove the unprepared dishes from the bill, which we greatly appreciated. The dishes were served with care and art not only in quality, but also in presentation, an aspect that we appreciated with great pleasure. We highly recommend it!
25/06/2025: Excellent cuisine! The homemade pasta is incredible and the desserts sublime.

02/07/2025: A good little place to eat like a Bolognese. The balanzoni are good and the quality of the mixed roast is good overall. Friendly staff (and with a great memory: the menu is spoken!). Parking along the road that leads to the trattoria, respecting the adjacent houses. Reservations recommended.
29/06/2025: you eat very well gramigna with sausage, a huge cutlet bolognese with truffle and a bottle of water 28 euros! They also offer free biscuits cantucci and sweet liqueurs such as bananino pistachio and lemoncello/meloncello recommended!!
