17/05/2025: Ham from San Daniele – well, it's known worldwide and truly an absolute specialty, and it's really interesting to take a look behind the scenes. Here, you'll be explained how ham production works and what is necessary to create such a specialty. Of course, there's also a tasting so you can convince yourself of the quality. At the end, as usual, you have the opportunity to take a small or larger piece of ham home with you directly from the producer :). It's definitely worth a look and is almost a must.
