Agriturismo Borghetto La Radice In Roccaverano

We had lunch at La Radice today, with friends, booking on the advice of the person who manages the b&b where we are staying. The place where the farmhouse is located is special, fully immersed in greenery and peace. We admired the garden, the vegetable patch, the enchanting view. We were welcomed with a smile and with a small taste offered by the house, a crouton which alone allowed us to understand the care taken in the preparation but also the study and research behind the culinary proposal. Two soups of the day and two beautiful and tasty risottos, with garden products and delicious combinations. The meat cut is exceptional. The cheesecake is also special. Care and research even go into the coffee offering, which we appreciated. Price also low for the quality of the offer and the context - rustic but with attention to detail. We would be loyal customers if we were in the area, if we passed through these parts again we will return.

Discovered by chance, unique place and I would almost say starred cuisine! Congratulations to the young owners who look after their guests in a superlative manner. Excellent wine list. The menu varies based on what the garden offers and obviously the ingenuity of the chef, it doesn't get better than this!!! Well done

My boyfriend and I stayed at this property. Personally really welcoming and always available. We spent 3 days of total relaxation. The service regarding ebikes is also excellent. Compliments also to the chef for the delicious dishes.

Beautiful location and practically in the middle of the greenery of the valley. I was there for lunch on Sunday and it was a great experience. Divinely cooked dishes and prompt, courteous service. The wine? Optimal. I was very happy and satisfied.

We only ate here. Excellent restaurant with original dishes. Cozy dining room. Beautiful wines. Also suitable for vegetarians.

We were there for dinner. Very nice service and a good restaurant. As a starter we had a variation of various carrots with anchovies and goat cheese. It doesn't sound spectacular at first, but it turned out to be a real highlight! The remaining courses were also good, but couldn't quite reach the level of the starter. All in all, a nice evening.

Giunti al tramonto in questo posto incantato, avvolti da una natura rigogliosa ed un silenzio magico. Ad accoglierci un ambiente raffinato, il garbo e la gentilezza dei responsabili di sala. Le finestre che si affacciano sul giardino curatissimo. Servizio impeccabile. Tutto ciò trova conferma nelle proposte dei piatti che lo Chef Michele prepara con cura estrema. Eccellente ricerca delle materie prime gran parte di propria produzione e lavorate magistralmente con una presentazione da chef stellato. Ottima ed articolata carta dei vini con un'ampia selezione di cantine del territorio Un'esperienza gustativa e sensoriale unica. Una delle migliori mai provate
