Beautiful and well-kept place in a beautiful country.

We went for lunch and I must say that I was amazed by the quality of the food, with generous portions, and the spacious and refined environment. Congratulations we will return when we are in the Bormio area!

We ate reasonably well and the place offers a nice view if you have the opportunity to dine in front of the window. The staff on the other hand does not stand out for courtesy even if there is no doubt that they work incessantly. It is not easy to find parking in the village where it is located, so it is best to arrive a little early. I saw a couple of things that puzzled me, including an incorrect bill (I paid for 4 desserts instead of 2). In this regard, far be it from me to think badly, but when I returned to the restaurant the girl seemed to already know the reason for my return and with an annoyed expression she gave me the money back and turned away. Since listening to local people is something that often "happens" in various places in the surrounding area, greater attention wouldn't hurt to avoid getting confused with the crafty ones.

I had very high expectations about this place which was also recommended to me by a local. The location is right at the top of Villa Dalegno, so arm yourself with strength and courage and climb up the ramps (100 meters first on the left you will find a car park where you can leave your car, then you can reach it on foot). Very hasty way of acting, at times almost irritating and this worked against them. Average food, nothing that stood out to me. There are no menus or prices displayed, so it's all a surprise. In short, we went there one evening and then more. Sometimes the way people behave matters more than the food itself.

Non comodo da raggiungere e trovare parcheggio, soprattutto per chi ha difficoltà motorie. A parte questo, vale assolutamente la pena di arrivarci. Cucina casalinga di alta qualità. Ambiente accogliente e caratteristico. Personale gentile, non attentissimo sul vino, ma è un peccato veniale. Consigliatissimo.

A very beautiful place, mountain style rooms, lots of very beautiful and clean wooden things. The cuisine at the farmhouse restaurant next to the rooms is very good, with generous portions and refined dishes, very tasty. The very friendly owners make you feel at ease straight away :) Full board is also available. Even the desserts they make are delicious, and the bread and jams always made by them are truly delicious. There is also a tea room where guests can make a herbal tea and always drink there while reading one of the various books, or watching TV. There are also games for children. Highly recommended! 5 stars well deserved.
