While there's nothing to say about the food, we can't say we're happy with the table service and the waitress's courtesy. She was a bit stilted and unclear in explaining the offerings and the menu, given that it's only available outside and not at the table. We paid for a full menu despite not having ordered everything it included. Stunning view and a refined atmosphere, a bit "out of the way."

This farm produces its own honey, cheeses, and cured meats. The cured meats and cheese platter is a must-try; they're tasty and well-balanced, and you can tell they're made with passion. A trio of traditional first courses, including a special mention for the polenta gnocchi with ragu, fantastic! The venison with polenta was well-made, fresh, well-seasoned, and the meat was just tender. The buckwheat cake is delicious, super light, not too sweet, you could eat the whole cake. It's definitely a place worth trying, especially because the house wine is local and very good... and it's also AIC certified, with strict attention to allergies and allergens!
