The location is beautiful, with a splendid view from the outdoor tables. We ate well, the only flaw being the fettuccine with venison, which lacked "sparkle." The ricotta gnocchi were excellent, as was the Belumat dish (perhaps a little pricey at €19.50). The desserts were excellent, especially the Fiordi Latte gelato with berries. I definitely recommend stopping by.

I've been coming to Cansiglio for years, and it's a must-try! Always stop by for a good Belumat meal! All the dishes are delicious, even the desserts! You can never go wrong. Great guys, keep it up!

Located amidst sweeping views of mountains, woods, and meadows, it offers good food at very affordable prices. Often very crowded, it offers a wide selection, from the restaurant menu to simple but excellent freshly made sandwiches, for those in a hurry or just wanting something easy.

Bar Bianco, Piana del Cansiglio We were welcomed outside with our six dogs without any problem, which we always greatly appreciate. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxing, immersed in nature, and as always, we had a great time. The food was good, with generous portions and fast, friendly service. A place we'll gladly return to whenever we're in the area.

A place of considerable interest for the dishes offered. Obviously, the local cheeses play a key role. The cold cuts are also very good.

Wonderful setting. My tagliata was perfect. The crown jewel was the Gelato di Fiore di Latte with Caramel. 🫸🫷😻

I'd like to start by thanking the dining room and kitchen staff for allowing me to have lunch today at 2:15 PM, when other restaurants' kitchens are already closed. The dishes, plentiful, are delicious, and use excellent local produce. I'm completely satisfied.

03/08/2025: We felt at home! All the staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional! A special thanks to Alice, who was invaluable from the moment we booked! The rooms were comfortable, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented. It's hard to find a flaw. Breakfast was also excellent, with homemade cakes! This will become a regular destination for us.
30/07/2025: I'd like to write more, but sometimes words aren't enough. Just one...my compliments!!! A magical place from another time.
