My friend and I went on the wine & pasta making tour and had an incredible time! Everyone who worked there was so kind, informative, and lovely. This boutique winery is perfect--- a highlight of our Italian vacation!

We had a wonderful time on the Minardi Historic Winery Tour. We learned so much about wines and also how to make delicious pasta!!! This was the best pasta making tour we have taken. The winery was beautiful and lovely to walk around with a glass of wine in hand. Great tour for sure!!!

This was the best day trip. We had a 12 and 15 year old and it was perfect. I would do this again in a heart beat. We didn’t wine tour and the pizza making class. Loved it!

Absolutely loved the pasta making class and wine tasting. Michelle our hostess and guide was so helpful and friendly. I learnt so much about the wines and the Truffle honey is a must buy!! We've already recommended the trip to more geusts as it was an unforgettable experience.

We had an amazing time in Frascati thanks to Pier and the Minardi family. The experience was great overall, it was a nice touch to have a short walk in Frascati as well before heading to the winery.

Pizza masterclass was incredible. The local wine is also very good, especially the white. I will certainly be back for new classes and tastings!

We booked the half day tour during our visit in Rome and it ended up being our favorite thing from the trip! The train from Rome was quick and easy and our fantastic guide Michelle was waiting for us outside the station. She gave us an excellent tour of the town, and our first stop was for bread and cheese and wine at a local restaurant. Then we took the van a short distance to the winery where we were greeted with breathtaking views. We were given more information about the vineyard, the natural wine cellar, and tasted more bread and olive oil and wines. We even got a lesson on wine tasting! Then we had a delicious lunch of soup, cheeses, hummus, tomatoes, pasta, and traditional Italian cookies. It was filling and so good! The views were exactly what you hope for in an Italian countryside. It was an amazing experience and I would absolutely do it again! Book the tour, it’s completely worth it.
