What a hidden gem outside the city centre of Rome. Anna Maria the chef was amazing and so is your sommelier Michelle. It was a fabulous day to make pasta, meet new people and escape the busy city centre of Rome. If you are in Rome, please book this you will not be disappointed. The Minardi Family and their winery boasts some amazing wine and a fabulous atmosphere.

Nico is a fabulous guide and host! The cooking class was well prepared and we had excellent instruction from our chef/teacher. The end was result was the best Pasta we have ever enjoyed! The rich history, beautiful scenery, and warm family atmosphere make this a perfect days' outing. Highly recommended!

The Minardi historical Wine and Pasta tour was a true highlight of our latest trip. We took a 20 minute train ride out to Frascati, From Rome that rolls through the Aqueduct park, and was a truly awesome ride.

I highly recommend this tour. Frascati is a lovely town with a great history. We had an amazing day with fantastic wines, delicious food and good company.

We had the best time making pasta and tasting wine at Minardi! Everyone was delightful and the sing-along after dinner was one of the highlights of our entire trip! We are finishing our final bottle from our trip in 2022, so it’s time to go back.

This was by far my favorite experience while visiting Rome! The train ride was easy and enjoyable. Nicolo picked us up from the train station, and shared a lot of history with us on the way to the winery. The pasta class was easy and so much fun! We then enjoyed a wine tasting outside along with some bread and olive oil, and cheese. Nicolo took us around the beautiful vineyard and then down to the old wine cave. We then enjoyed eating the pasta we made along with more wine! I definitely recommend doing this tour! We ordered a case to be delivered to our home in Florida, and it arrived around 10 days after being home! Thank you for a fantastic experience!!
