I had the pleasure of dining at Antiche Macine recently, and the experience was truly satisfying. The atmosphere is welcoming and well cared for, perfect both for a romantic evening and for a dinner with friends. The staff was kind and attentive, always ready to respond to every request with a smile. The service was quick but without giving the feeling of rushing, giving us time to enjoy each dish. The menu offers an interesting variety of options, with dishes prepared with fresh, quality ingredients. I highly recommend Antiche macine, a perfect mix of well-balanced flavours. The desserts are also delicious, ideal for ending the evening on a sweet note. In conclusion, it is a place that I highly recommend. Quality and service live up to expectations, and prices are adequate for the experience offered. I can't wait to go back!

The Antiche Macine Agriturismo is located at the foot of one of the most beautiful areas of the Province of Cuneo, the Marguareis Natural Park, located in the Pesio Valley. You find yourself in a family environment welcomed in a bright room with a lovely fireplace. A warm and welcoming place! The owner family is characterized by a profound love for nature in perfect harmony with the entire context. The owners are extremely kind and helpful and you can sense their passion for homemade cuisine, made with high quality raw materials. The dishes, typical of traditional Piedmontese cuisine, are offered in the fixed price menu or à la carte and are cooked with healthy and genuine ingredients grown on the farm itself and the exquisite meat comes from the renowned and historic butcher of the Pesio Valley. We had a taste of everything. The skilled cook cooked every course with expert skill, from appetizers to desserts. The farm also has a ranch with over 30 horses. By being in contact with horses you can discover the elegance and magnificence of these simple and decidedly intelligent animals. You can go horseback riding and individual lessons are available for adults and children, to learn western riding in complete safety. The agritourism farm, through various fruit and vegetable crops, provides an assortment of products with direct sales to the consumer. We purchased the cherry compote and pears in syrup and the lady gave us a gift of aubergine caponata. Everything delicious! Inside the estate there is an AgriBar nestled among the trees, excellent for a delicious snack, an aperitif or an aperitif. In the adjacent woods the little ones can have fun in an adventure park surrounded by nature. Try an overnight stay in the western-style wooden house, immersed in the woods and full of intimacy! And for the more romantic you can take horse-drawn carriage rides driven by a skilled coachman! During the day, naturalistic excursions are offered to be covered on foot, by e-bike, by quod, by ecross motorbike or on horseback. Last but not least, you can try your hand at and experience the thrill of dog sledding as there are around thirty well-mannered and affectionate sled dogs present and trained in the Ranch. In winter you can also rent snowshoes to walk in the snow amidst the most uncontaminated nature. There is also a field for traditional archery or horseback riding! This place, which seems suspended in the past, is truly worth a visit. The atmosphere you perceive is almost enchanting. I recommend these experiences to those who truly love the essence of the things that matter. And as Bruno Barbieri would say “It's worth the trip”! PS: it is also recommended for campers like us because you will be able to find a large car park and stay overnight in complete safety.

L’Agriturismo Antiche Macine sorge ai piedi di una delle zone più belle della Provincia di Cuneo, il Parco Naturale del Marguareis, situato in Valle Pesio. Ci si trova in un ambiente famigliare accolti in una sala luminosa con un amabile caminetto acceso. Un luogo caldo e accogliente! La famiglia proprietaria si caratterizza per un profondo amore per la natura in perfetta sintonia con tutto il contesto. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili e si percepisce la passione per la cucina casereccia, realizzata con materie prime di alta qualità. I piatti, tipici della cucina tradizionale piemontese, sono proposti nel menù a prezzo fisso oppure alla carta e sono cucinati con ingredienti sani e genuini coltivati nell’azienda stessa e la carne squisitissima proviene dal rinomato e storico macellaio della Valle Pesio. Abbiamo fatto un assaggio di tutto. L’abile cuoca ha cucinato con sapiente maestria ogni portata, dagli antipasti ai dolci. L’agriturismo dispone anche di un Ranch con oltre 30 cavalli. Stando a contatto con i cavalli si può scoprire l’eleganza e la magnificenza di questi animali semplici e decisamente intelligenti. Si possono fare passeggiate a cavallo e sono previste lezioni individuali per adulti e bambini, per imparare la monta western in tutta sicurezza. L’azienda agricola dell’agriturismo, attraverso varie colture orto-frutticole fornisce un assortimento di prodotti con vendita diretta al consumatore. Noi abbiamo acquistato la composta di ciliegie, pere sciroppate e la signora ci ha fatto omaggio della caponata di melanzane. Squisitissimo tutto! All’interno della tenuta c’è un AgriBar immerso tra gli alberi, ottimo per una golosa merenda, un aperitivo o un apericena. Nel bosco adiacente i più piccoli potranno divertirsi in un parco avventura in mezzo alla natura. Da provare un pernottamento nella casetta di legno in stile western, immersa nel bosco e piena di intimità! E per i più romantici si possono effettuare giri in carrozza trainate dai cavalli guidati da un abile cocchiere! Di giorno sono proposte escursioni naturalistiche da percorrere a piedi, in bici ebike, in quod, in moto ecross oppure a cavallo. Non da ultimo ci si puó cimentare e provare l’ebbrezza dello sleddog in quanto sono presenti nel Ranch e addestrati, una trentina di cani da slitta, educati ed affettuosi. D’inverno si possono affittare anche le ciaspole per passeggiare nella neve in mezzo alla natura più incontaminata. C’è inoltre, un campo per il tiro con l’arco tradizionale o a cavallo! Questo luogo, che pare sospeso nel tempo passato, merita davvero una visita. L’atmosfera che si percepisce è quasi d’incanto. Consiglio queste esperienze a chi davvero ama l’essenza delle cose che contano. E come direbbe Bruno Barbieri “Merita il viaggio”! Ps: è consigliato anche ai camperisti come noi perchè potrete trovare un ampio parcheggio e pernottare in tutta sicurezza.

We went to eat, the owner and staff were exquisite, the cuisine was excellent, there are activities to do. So very recommended and pleasant.

Serata funghi, carne cruda eccellente con funghi porcini, tagliatelle fatte in casa con ragù di carpofori e funghi fritti a volontà ... Tutto fatto con la cura e la qualità degli ingredienti come si farebbe a casa ... un agriturismo VERO, senza fronzoli e/o prodotti provenienti da filiere esterne ... complimenti davvero!
