We celebrated my nephew's wedding on Sunday. An experience that allowed us to fully celebrate such a beautiful moment. Attentive, helpful, smiling and kind staff. I would have expected a little more, but it is still noteworthy A truly remarkable view even if the road to reach the place, despite being a few km, is rather complicated. Overall definitely of good quality, food included👍👋

A refined place to find good food and silence.

I went to dinner for my thirtieth with my family and I was struck first of all by the beautiful location immersed in the Pinerolo hills with a magnificent view and the food certainly met expectations. The raw material is indisputable, fresh and above all well worked. Maybe it's because I like to find research in the dishes and at Altavista I found my idea of ​​a restaurant. I was very surprised by the Fassona tartare with hazelnut grains and cream, really good even if it was a risky combination. In the dishes you can really notice the attention and passion that led the owners to make the place a true pearl of Pinerolo. The girls in the dining room are very kind and the environment in general, allows you to relax and feel at ease. Super approved and of course I will return to try new combinations 😊

Posto incantevole sulla collina di Pinerolo, personale giovane e molto gentile però mi sono recata lì per mangiare e per quanto il posto sia una favola e una ottima carta dei vini, ripeto sono andata li per mangiare. Personalmente il cibo anche se di qualità non mi è piaciuto, baccalà come antipasto pastoso difficile da mandare giù, insalata russa non sufficiente per tutti i commensali, tortelli buoni ma asciutti, secondo buono ma porzioni minuscole, per dolce il bunet che offende il vero bunet. Tempi lunghi tra una pietanza e l'altra, tenendo conto che è un menù fisso. Per i bambini, 1 fetta di prosciutto cotto e un piatto di pasta in bianco con bevande eccezionali (ovviamente ironico) acqua naturale o gasata e a loro neanche il dolce!!!!! Abbiamo perso tempo. Il titolare che dire, sembrava infastidito da tutto e tutti. Mi hanno parlato molto di questo posto ed ero contenta di aver trovato l'occasione di andare, ma io personalmente non ci tornerò e non lo consiglierò. Il prezzo elevato per la quantità di cibo presentata a tavola e come viene cucinata, ma alla fine abbiamo compensato con un buon vino.

Vista spettacolare...gentilezza cortesia..cibo top....personale cortese e discreto.... antipasto delicato e particolare....primi top .. secondi eccezionali..dessert al bacio. Un grazie alla particolare attenzione di Adriano nel mettere una candelina sul dessert.....per augurare buon compleanno!!!(Non era stato chiesto!)graditissimo gesto!
