We stopped for dinner in this very fine farmhouse from the service to the plating... tasteful, very romantic and intimate in the evening. Dishes with ancient flavors. The bread made with ancient wheat typical of the area is amazing... And the local goat's cheese, I would say, has a flavor that no longer exists, therefore absolutely worth trying, accompanied by a jam made with a particular process that leaves a top aftertaste. Not to mention all the small tasting dishes that you have to try once in your life. I would say everything was perfect and excellent... Abbiamo scoperto questo posto per caso, o per miracolo, quando eravamo ormai desolati a causa di una lunga camminata tra lande solitarie e paesini semi-disabitati. La gentilezza dei gestori ci ha conquistati immediatamente, ci hanno accolti e coccolati come se fossimo gente di famiglia. Pranzo luculliano con svariati antipasti, due primi, dell’incredibile capretto di cui abbiamo avuto pure il bis, vino, dolce, caffè e amaro, tutto della casa e fatto a mano! Emanuele è stato pure così gentile da darci uno strappo con la macchina al ritorno, altrimenti probabilmente staremmo ancora vagando nei boschi. Un abbraccio alle splendide cuoche Anita e Roberta, speriamo di rivederci presto!
