They recommended this farm to us, telling us that the food was very good and, above all, everything was produced by them and our expectations were not disappointed, on the contrary! In fact, everything we ate (from cured meats, to cheeses, to pasta) was produced by them, of unique goodness! We also purchased a wheel of cheese from their dairy and tasted it on the initial platter. The quality-price ratio is excellent, considering the freshness of the products and the breathtaking view of the Adamello glacier which it overlooks. We recommend this place to anyone who loves good food and nature!

I recently dined at Al Plas, a family-run restaurant near our Airbnb cabin. The owners' welcome was warm and genuine, making the atmosphere immediately familiar. The cuisine, based on fresh and natural ingredients coming directly from their farm, was superb. The context, surrounded by greenery and surrounded by animals, adds an authentic rural touch to the experience. I can't wait to return to enjoy their hospitality and exquisite food again.
