Top location in a beautiful area. Excellent organic wines, delicious food, but in this case I have to remove a star because despite the cold, the dishes didn't come out preheated. The braised pork cheek was good, but not cooked perfectly, and unfortunately they also use flavored preserved truffle (a no-no in a restaurant of this type). All the other dishes were exceptional and made with the utmost care. Impeccable service, good value for money. We'll definitely be back.

The property and the courtyard have an incredibly beautiful atmosphere – truly impressive! Unfortunately, the food couldn't live up to that. We sat in a cool "plastic pavilion" on hard, transparent plastic chairs. It was very cold, and although we repeatedly asked the waiter to close the door, the waiter didn't. Unfortunately, due to the long walks, the dishes arrived cold, and the plates weren't preheated – a plate warmer would have been a good investment here. The wine was very good. We were also disappointed by the incorrect description of the dishes: "Pasta with hand-pulled beef" turned out to be pasta with cold tartare – we didn't understand that. Overall, it's a shame, as the ambiance has so much potential.

We didn't eat here, but we did buy some wine. Friendly people and good wine.

Excellent, excellent atmosphere and service, excellent tasting of various wines from the Moroder estate, delicious food, authentic setting

We first landed here because of the interesting sign and then thanks to the great pictures. Unfortunately, we only visited at night and without the great view - but with the beautiful lights and cozy atmosphere, it still felt very inviting :). You drive through the vineyards to a good parking lot and are greeted by the sweetest cat. The wine is home-grown and very delicious (the Zero is great). The food is also fantastic. Steak tartare, pasta with zucchini cream and steak tartare, carbonara (also available off-menu), and beef cheek were all perfect! We're used to good food and felt very comfortable :). We'll be back again. You can also eat inexpensively - but I would recommend planning at least two dishes per person and a wine to go with it ;). Portions are generous!

I had dinner at the Aion restaurant at the Moroder winery a few days ago and had a great time. I chose the "Truffle" tasting menu, and the quality of the dishes was truly top-notch. I was looking for a place where I could pair each dish with a wine, and I have to say this place perfectly met my expectations. The service was fast and professional, but perhaps a little too young (some experience was lacking, such as dishes being brought without explanation). Ultimately, I highly recommend it, especially for its stunning location.

Da anni ormai frequento questa suggestiva tenuta tra i vigneti del monte Conero, ed anche adesso che io e la mia famiglia non viviamo più ad Ancona non perdiamo occasione per tornarci per incontrare di nuovo gli amici. Il menu segue sempre la stagionalità dei prodotti, stavolta mancavano i cappellacci di zucca (che ricordo squisiti) ma immancabilmente ho preso l'uovo splash al tartufo (da solo vale la cena). Tutto il resto come sempre ottimo e DAVVERO a km 0. Per finire, la scelta dei vini, dei quali mi porto sempre a casa un paio di bottiglie. Alla prossima!
