The panigacci—crispy on the outside, warm and fragrant on the inside—are the best in the entire area, without question. Cooked to order, served with a simplicity that doesn't seek flash but wins you over at first bite. You come here not for the look, but for the flavor. And in an area where cuisine too often risks becoming a showcase, finding a place like this is a small luxury.
