Agriturismo Acetaia Paltrinieri In Bomporto

Even though it was behind the house, I only now discovered (thanks to a smart box) this farmhouse. What can I say, everything was really excellent and plentiful. They offered us as an entree some pieces of mortadella with their balsamic vinegar and a basket of tigelline with lard and cheese. First courses: Sublime tortellini in typical Sunday quantities at grandma's (not like some restaurants that give you 5 in a lake of broth), a balsamic risotto that was a poem, a gramigna with sausage ragout that my grandma would have been proud of. Second course: a stew with state-of-the-art potatoes (it melted in your mouth). A very tender roast chicken and potatoes (and it is not easy to cook the breast part that is soft and not stringy). The desserts honestly weren't there 😂. But I reserve a second round because I think those are up to par too. It was full of foreign tourists on a Sunday lunch. Had lunch with a Smart box received as a gift. Everything was excellent, really tasty and plentiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. The place is very welcoming, beautiful to look at in its rustic style. Compliments!

I thank Ms. Nicoletta and all the staff for their welcome and advice... we had lunch for my son's Confirmation with friends and relatives who came from outside, a nice group of people... and yet everything went smoothly smooth...good food and good wine, desserts and ice cream prepared by them super! and at the right times. First there was also an interesting visit to the Acetaia with tasting of the prized traditional Modena Vinegar. The garden with the vineyards and the stone building takes you back in time... that of good things, of slowness, of values, of friendship. Thank you

Un pomeriggio alla scoperta dell’aceto balsamico di Modena: come nasce e quale è il processo di produzione. Non sono mancati gli assaggi finali. Avendo prenotato con SmartBox avevamo incluso anche uno “spuntino” generoso al ristorante. Tutto buono!
