You eat and drink very well and the cheeses are unbeatable

We went to this wonderful place on Saturday for lunch and it was love at first sight. The outside is authentic and wild, the road to reach it is not asphalted, but it's worth it! Once we got out of the car we were greeted by the bleating of sheep in the distance and the scent of nature. We entered this large room and the owner gave us a warm welcome! In the center of the room is the mega buffet of appetizers which is the strong point of the place: from cheeses of all kinds (fresh and matured), to jams and honey, to vegetables, cold cuts, meat and soups, all company products and everything handmade in the open kitchen. After this incredible appetizer, you can enjoy the first and second courses which change often, also prepared with company products, including the handmade pasta made by "grandmother". Furthermore, a great surprise, a wine list that would be the envy of a wine shop, refined and well-stocked! The owners are really kind and approachable and know how to adapt the offer according to individual needs. Quantity/quality/price ratio I would say unbeatable! For us everything was perfect! We will be back very soon despite the 50 minute journey to go.

A beautiful location in the open countryside, immersed in one of the wildest places in Tuscia, nearby there is an old Etruscan cut that takes us to the Olpeta stream, we are close to the Strozzavolpe waterfalls, beautiful, a short distance away there is an enormous cave visual impact the devil's den. The restaurant is a large hall, very welcoming without too many frills, in summer there is also an external pergola, in the center there are islands that support the buffet starters. The cuisine is typically Sardinian, the starters as I was saying are buffet style, you can take as many as you want, the first and second courses are the right portions, the service is excellent, absolutely nothing is missing, the only thing if I really have to say it is the road not asphalted and if it rains too much there are several puddles and it is best to go very slowly and when you leave (mostly in the dark) the shortest stretch of dirt road to get to the asphalt road is not well signposted. Still a great restaurant!

Amazing experience with the open buffet! I could have just done with only the buffet and not eating the primi and secundi, though they were also excellent. The place is a bit hard to find and get to, but well worth it!

Enthusiastic about the experience, both from a culinary and hospitality point of view. Excellent quality products. An assortment of buffet starters that has no equal in terms of variety of ingredients and preparations. Top notch cured meats and cheeses. Wide selection of wines and shop to purchase the farm's products. We would need a buffet-only menu proposal to be able to enjoy it all!! Highly recommended, a reason to return to the area!

Un posto immerso nel verde accompagnato da animali e cibo, una famiglia orgogliosamente sarda bellissima e unita, prodotti di altissima qualità con un'attenzione particolare ai formaggi che oserei dire, maestosi! Gianni, Tonino e sorella persone vere e sempre dediti al lavoro, pulizia rigorosamente dettagliata, torneremo sicuramente e lo consiglio per passare una giornata di altri tempi

Complimenti a tutti, Accoglienza ai tavoli,servizio impeccabile, Ambiente accogliente. Magnifico il buffet con tutti...Tutti prodotti fatti in casa veramente ottimi. Formaggi al top... Infinita scelta dei vini... Seadas ottima e distillati a concludere in bellezza... Già prenotato per nuovo pranzo anche se lontani da Roma ..consigliatissimo!
