Agriosteria Ai Brillanti In Venezia

I've been a customer of this restaurant for years, and I'll start by saying I regret giving it this rating. I went for dinner, and there was nothing to complain about the quality of the food; it was all good. The dishes aren't original, but they were good. In my opinion, the service isn't up to par. A few years ago, the wait staff consisted of two people dressed in white shirts and black pants, whereas today, just one person, dressed in a white t-shirt and a long white shirt (it felt like one of the kitchen staff was in the dining room). There was also a mistake with the risotto of the day; I was told "risotto with tomato and burrata," but instead I was served risotto with zucchini and chicken. No one had told me about the change, and it was already cooked on the table, luckily no one had any intolerances. Everything else was fine; I'm only disappointed because I remember how the service used to be (cloth tablecloths, waiters in shirts, and more unusual dishes). I can't say it's a bad place or that it's a bad place, I'm just saying it's lost its sense of customer service.

It was fantastic. Excellent food and very friendly service. Plus, a cozy atmosphere and good value for money.
