A little out of the way for us who are near Poggio di Otricoli.......but it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. The ice cream was very good, perhaps the best I have ever eaten. The very kind ladies. It's worth it, even traveling a few extra kilometers.

For anyone passing through the Via Flaminia between Magliano and Civita Castellana, a stop at Corsetti is a must. The time is of little importance because here you will find the right treat at any time. For lovers of cheese and cured meats there is a platter with many varieties, cow's cheeses such as mozzarella, ricotta, stracciatella and caciotte, along with appetizers such as panzanella and spelled salad. If you love ice cream there is also a dedicated corner. The place surrounded by greenery with outdoor tables is welcoming and the ladies who serve are very friendly. And then before leaving you can also pick up sliced ​​cheeses or mozzarella at the counter to take home. In short, a paradise for gourmands. I will be back soon.

A fixed destination every time I pass through the area, excellent cured meats and cheeses but one thing that is delicious is the ice cream! The yogurt is also fantastic, in short everything is delicious 😅💪

01/10/2024: I recently had the pleasure of dining in this restaurant surrounded by greenery and I was thrilled. The starter, like the one in the photo, was simply delicious. A selection rich in flavours, with extremely fresh and carefully prepared products. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, from the quality cured meats to the cheeses and seasoned vegetables. The presentation was equally flawless! The setting is lovely, with outdoor tables surrounded by nature, which adds a pleasant feeling of tranquility. The prices are really excellent, especially considering the quality of the dishes and the relaxing atmosphere that the place offers. I can't wait to return!

23/12/2024: Proprietaria e cuoca che fa questo lavoro per e con amore. Si vede appena si entra nella piccola sala, dalla mise en place, ai quadri, alle luci.. Piatti molto buoni e particolari e ampia scelta di vini. Dessert insoliti e combinazioni che stupiscono. Sicuramente un posto dove vorrei tornare
