Since I started supplying my restaurant, my consumption has doubled! I have my bread made without salt and I guarantee that it has an inimitable fragrance and quality. What can I say about the pizzas, focaccias and brioches! In short... the best pain au chocolat outside of Paris and the best Tuscan bread outside of Florence! Beautiful Valentine's Day brunch, excellent food, from sweet to savory, all delicious. The only flaw was that when we arrived they cleared the table without changing the tablecloth, which unfortunately was full of crumbs and stained by the customers who were there before. Not very hygienic.
